Producer Notes
Located 1700 meters above sea level in Huila, Colombia, Luis Anibal comes from a line of coffee farmers, having started his venture on his father's farm at the age of 9. Luis has made it his life's passion to cultivate unique varieties of coffee. He placed these beautiful Pink Bourbon cherries into plastic bags that are then sealed and fermented for 100 hours in a temperature controlled environment. The cherries are then put into drying patios and mechanically dried for 24 hours to seal the flavors.
